European Commission published proposals for amending the RFC-Regulation

In line with the objectives of the European Green Deal the European Commission published four proposals recently, which also comprise draft amendments for the RFC-Regulation (No 913/2010). The proposal rearranges the routing of the rail freight corridors, and aligns them fully with the TEN-T core network corridors. Additionally, a number of adjustments are included, which refine the provisions applicable for the infrastructure managers, the authorities, the railway undertakings and the terminals.
